Warranty

  • Warranty period is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase from Mudah Optical Store.
  • One (1) year unconditional warranty on Lenses is provided for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
  • The lenses will be replaced, at no charge if damaged due to coating defects under normal usage. Original prescription (design-material-Rx) will be used for replacement.
  • Damage to the lens coating or material due to adverse wear and tear or wearer misuse will not be covered.
  • The company will in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages.
  • One (1) year unconditional warranty on Frame is provided for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers all manufacturing defects (cracked frames, faded color, parts being broken due to a manufacturing defect etc.)
  • This warranty will be invalidated if damage results from accidents, mishandling, negligence, tampering and loss of components or accessories.
  • This warranty does not cover corrosion and rust, broken parts which may occur due to varying personal characteristics/usage by an individual
  • The eyewear will be replaced at the company’s option and the decision of the company on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
  • The company will in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages.
  • The warranty is valid at any Mudah Optical Store outlets.
  • Please bring the glasses and the warranty card when you visit us.
  • In the event of misplacing your warranty card, your glasses will be covered under warranty within a year of purchase if your record can be found at our system.
  • This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period. We are unable to extend the warranty period.
  • Lost glasses is not covered under our warranty, but we are happy to help you find the same new frame for you. 

Lens Information

  • We provide a one-time complimentary change of lens degree if you experience discomfort in your vision
    (For any adaptation/power issues on lenses should be reported by the customer within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Free exchange to regular lenses if you are unable to get used to progressive glasses
    (If you are unable to get used to progressive glasses, you may exchange them to regular lenses at no charge within two months of purchase)
  • Lenses scratched are not covered under warranty.
    We do provide only one-time complimentary 50% discount warranty service given within a year from the date purchase. Lens replacement service is subject to the condition of the frame.
  • Yes, it is possible.
  • Our Optometrist / Optician / Ophthalmic consultant will advise you on the most suitable lenses based on your degree.
  • The change in your vision could be due to the shape and the fitting of the frames.
  • If you’re experiencing discomfort, please bring your current pair of glasses and the new glasses to visit our retail, so we could confirm your degree and adjust the frames and fitting accordingly.

  • Usually Glasses can take from 3 – 14 days, depending on the prescription and the lens type.

  • Having your lenses in during the exam can make it harder for us to determine the prescription you need. If you are going for a routine eye exam, it’s best to remove your contact lenses at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment
